Ich glaube Google weiß mehr über mich 👩🌾 als ich selber 🥴 ist schon eine verrückte Welt 🌎 die dennoch sehr schön ist um in ihr zu 👣 Wandern und neues zu entdecken 👍

The Ahr Valley 66 days later - and today we were once again on the road in the once beautiful Ahr Valley. The Ahrtal Straße is unfortunately still closed from the Römer Villa in Ahrweiler Ahr upwards, so we first went through the sun-drenched vineyards to the red wine hiking trail, where the mature red wine grapes 🍇 have long been waiting for the required reading, but the winemakers currently still have many other worries, so that the ripe, very tasty grapes fall unpicked from the vines without harvesting and most of the wineries are destroyed and not ready for use! 66 days later, down in the valley there is still a terrible picture of the catastrophe, empty, uninhabitable, gutted houses with open doors and windows, a ghostly place without electricity, heating and drinking water! A totally muddy cemetery and many car wrecks that are no longer recognizable, there have now been 40,000 inquiries - where is my car? And yet, thanks to the volunteers, people are hopeful and confident despite desperation. The media coverage is slowly waning, but the state of emergency and the reconstruction will continue for months, if not years, and help in many places is unfortunately still a long way off!

Bad Wimpfen is a tranquil spa town in the Kraichgau on the ridge above the Neckar valley. The medieval city was once a Staufer Palatinate and later an imperial city until 1803 with a large castle complex and beautiful half-timbered houses, interesting churches and imposing towers, a place well worth visiting, you can stroll through the romantic alleys and the wide view of the Neckar valley 👍

Today we went on a little journey through time again! At the beginning of the 1960s, I lived as a young boy with my sister on Killesberg and had an annual ticket for the Federal Garden Show there, where I was out and about through the beautiful grounds almost every day. On a meadow on the Killesberg I let my little glider 🛫 fly again and again until one day my little plane flew further than usual and landed in the nearby garden of the then Federal President Theodor Heuss! I ran quickly afterwards to the garden fence and Mr. Heuss welcomed me with the words: “Is that your great plane? Here you have my boy again! ”Unthinkable today - that would be interpreted as a drone attack today and what would have become of me then - a terrorist? Well, I was really lucky back then 👍 A nice time travel around the Stuttgart Killesberg back to the rascal age 🙋♂️

“Well, I go different paths every day” Friedrich Hölderlin * March 20, 1770 was a hiker, Lauffen am Neckar his place of birth! And in Lauffen today we were also Laufen 🏃🏻♂️ back and forth through the small town, which consists of the three districts "Dorf - Städtle and Dörfle", with the bird island in between. In the town there is the 🏰 castle complex and the town hall, in the village is the church (hence the saying: “Leave the church in the village!”) And in the village is the birthplace of Friedrich Hölderlin. The free spirit and contemporary and companion of Hegel, Fichte, Schiller and Beethoven! It was a nice, contemplative tour through a pretty little Swabian town - really recommendable 👍 I have to admit that I was a supporter of F. Hölderlin even in my younger years and regretted his tragic end in Tübingen!

Normally we go on a discovery tour on our own, but today we wanted to explore the proposed "Neckar loop - Hessigheim rock gardens"! However, this "guided" tour did not lead us to any rock gardens - nor was the Neckar ever to be seen 👁 after all, we were led back to the starting point. Somehow something went wrong - a shame ☹️
