This neo-Gothic cruciform church, with three naves and constructed in brick and sandstone, has a built-in tower with a constricted needle spire.
The base of the tower dates from the 14th century.
The church was built in 1784 (with remains dating from the 14th century) and expanded with a transept and a choir in 1858. A tribune for Baron Duvivier was also built on the southern side of the choir.
Interior with pointed arches, rib vaults in the central nave, cross vaults in the side aisle and a beam vault in the choir. Inside, paintings from the Flemish School decorate the church and a white, marble communion bench gleams. That sofa dates from the early 18th century and comes from...
Antwerp Falcon Monastery.
The church was protected as a monument and as a village view in 1983.
