The name of the park goes back to a medieval castle, which is mentioned in a document in 1161. There are no more traces of her. The structure that exists in the 21st century was essentially laid out in the 1930s. In the 1960s and 1970s, slight redesigns took place, including a zoo in the western part next to the castle pond.
