Quasi als Weihnachtsgeschenk hatten wir heute vielleicht den besten Stadterklärer von Görlitz, den ich mir vorstellen konnte: Frank Vater. Er sprach mit sehr viel Liebe von der Geschichte seiner Heimatstadt, ordnete sie in die wirtschaftliche und politische Entwicklung ein. Er schleppte uns durch zig Hallenhäuser und erklärte uns die Arbeit des Denkmalschutzes. Mehrere Görlitz-Führer hat er geschrieben. Topp!!
