Artur Mest with the UFA film »The Three from the Gas Station«
• Facade with echoes of the Bauhaus style
• Strictly composed and structured plaster facade
• Two flanking, slightly protruding side projections overlap the
wide central section that extends into the roof
• Interior furnishings in the Art Deco style in the foyers and in the stairwell preserved and restored
