Behind the former grand ducal hunting lodge from 1869, which now houses the Kaltenbronn Information Center, there has been a large display enclosure with native red deer since 1958. A bench invites you to linger and watch the deer and hinds. The path along the game enclosure leads directly to the Wildseemoor.

The Kaltenbronn information center is housed in a former forester's lodge. On more than 200 m² you will find all sorts of exciting things about the natural and plant world on the Kaltenbronn and in the moor areas. Various themed rooms draw you into the spell of past stories but also future prospects.

In addition to the permanent exhibition, there are always special exhibitions, for example on the topics of hunting or moors, nature tours, scientific lectures and excursions. The information center is always worth a visit for young and old!
