    Hiking

Standing on this bridge you have a beautiful view of Llyn Mymbyr and the mountains behind it including Snowdon. This bridge connects Plas Y Brenin National Outdoor Centre with the forests and mountains on the other side.

    Hiking

Each delegate has a card from the nature connection deck and a blank card.

Ask the delegates to consider the questions on their cards, and spend 5 minutes capturing their thoughts on that question however they see fit. (Drawing/ scribbling / sketching / writing). Encourage discussion.

Ask them to keep their card, and they will be hanging it up in the conference room once they return.

    Hiking

Mindful minute - eyes open - 3 horizons

1 - Ask delegates to take one minute in silence looking roughly 1 metre in front of them

2 - Ask delegates to take one minute in silence looking roughly 25 metres in front of them

3 - Ask delegates to take one minute in silence looking at the horizon

Afterwards, ask delegates what they found interesting in each frame.
