Mooching about Sherborne
Finally made it!!
If the Cotswolds and a history book had a very posh baby, it would be Sherborne. This Dorset gem is famous for having not one, but two castles: a sturdy 12th-century ruin and a "new" 1594 Elizabethan mansion built by Sir Walter Raleigh.

Finally chalked off my list.... chalked! Get it?
Stroll past a massive, club-wielding chalk giant whose... enthusiasm is hard to miss. Expect steep climbs, sheepish onlookers, and enough "big" energy to make your calves scream. It’s a literal peak British experience!
