    MIndful Minute - eyes closed - 3 minutes

    Ask delegates to close their eyes for 3 minutes and consider what they can see with their eyes closed.

    If you feel comfortable, offer guidance by asking them to consider how their breathing is, if it is cold / hot, windy etc etc.

      Vegetation Exploration

      There will be a number of vegetation exploration activity sheets in the group. Explain that this is an activity created by Ellie Ewart for our TrashMob Academy education delivery, and usually young people would be asked to find each piece of vegetation.

      Ask the delegates to find something that is not on the worksheet, and bring them together to discuss what they find interesting about the piece of nature (or not natural!) they find.
