Hiking

Rotbroek, along with Gorenbroek and Sint-Jansberg, forms part of the larger Borchbeemden. This open landscape with its wet water features is a paradise for meadow and marsh birds. The area consists of wet grasslands, reed beds, copses, and a few ponds. You can also regularly spot a kingfisher, which prefers clear streams with high, steep banks for breeding.
