The Basilica of the Blessed Sacramento (Spanish Basilica de Santíssimo Sacramento) is a Roman Catholic church in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay. The church in the Diocese of Mercedes is dedicated to the Blessed Sacrament and bears the title of a Basilica minor. Although it has been rebuilt several times, it is considered the oldest church in Uruguay.
