Kunersdorf had in 1791 a Baroque church, which was severely damaged in 1945 as a result of the war and later removed. The church in its present form with the idiosyncratic dome roof was built from 1951 to 1955 and is a landmark of Kunersdorf.

Mountain biking

The church was built in the 1950s as a replacement for the church destroyed during the war. Worth seeing is the burial ground of the family Leswitz / Itzenplitz / Oppen in the back of the cemetery.
