The most used bridge over the Demer in Diest, certainly by walkers and cyclists with several schools nearby and close to the station.
In 2021, 24 liters of paint were used to also make the first rainbow bridge in Belgium. Because the city wanted to make it clear that everyone is welcome in Diest, even those who are supposedly "different" from most. A battle that is unfortunately under more pressure today.
