The Landscape Artwork by Lucas Coeman is located on the verge of the Frontzate in Pervijze.
The artwork is a contemporary interpretation of the Yser Front. The artwork consists of 104 concrete blocks laid in a well-defined pattern in the meadow. The blocks represent the numbers 4, 8, 19 14 and 11, 11, 19, 18, numbers that together form the dates August 4, 1914 and November 11, 1918. Feel free to take your time and take a walk in your imagination over the pasarels in the inundated area.

The landscape artwork in Pervijze is an impressive commemoration of the First World War. This artwork, designed by Lucas Coeman, consists of 104 concrete blocks that refer to the beginning (04.08.1914) and the end (11.11.1918).
Concrete was chosen as a material because it was used on a large scale for the first time during the war as a strategic means of protection.

Can be found on the edge of the cycle path and is a reminder of World War I.
