The former St. Ludwig Church has been sold again. This was announced last week by Wilhelm Kuttler, who, with his company Bisping GmbH, is building 55 apartments around it – the "Ludwigscarrée" between Korngasse and Große Greifengasse. Now, the buyer is speaking publicly for the first time about her plans for the church. Other dreams have been shattered.

In 2010, the diocese vacated its "Bishop's House of St. Ludwig," which was in need of renovation, and in 2015, the decision was made to abandon it.
