With this weir, the water level was regulated to ensure the supply of the millstream in the direction of Pfiffigheim. The weir to the millstream is also still visible in the foreground. The millstream itself is filled in. Its course is recognizable as a path. A small weir, which served to irrigate the scattered orchards, can be seen at the former millstream edge (Tour No. 10b).
The Pfrimm weir was restored in 1997 by DRK-Berufsbildungswerk Worms.
