The observation tower in Stańczyki is an interesting point on the Green Velo Eastern Cycling Trail. The wooden and steel structure is 20 meters high, and from the platform at a height of 15 meters you can admire the railway bridges in Stańczyki, the Błędzianka Valley and nearby lakes. The tower is accessible all year round and is located right next to an asphalt road, so you can easily get there by bike.

Due to its octagonal shape, the 34-meter-high tower has become one of the most characteristic tourist attractions in Stańczyk.
Two 20-meter observation towers were officially put into operation in Stańczyki and Połamzie. The terrace, located 15 meters above the ground, offers views of beautiful post-glacial landscapes. From the tower in Stańczyki you can see the Tobellus melting lakes, the Błędzianka valley gorge and the famous historic railway bridges. From the second tower you can see, among others, Lake Popowiedzie and a panorama of the Romincka Forest. Parking lots and sidewalks were built next to the towers. Admission to both towers is free.

The Dobellus Duży (also Tobellus; German Großer Dobellus) is a Ice Age channel lake in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.
The bathing lake is located west of the road from Stańczyki (Staatshausen) to Błąkały (Blindgallen). There is a bathing jetty on the east bank. To the east of the lake flows the Błędzianka (Blind) River, the upper reaches of the Rominte.
Immediately to the south lies the Dobellus Mały (Little Dobellus). This pond temporarily disappeared in 1926 due to a swamp gas explosion (Wikipedia).
