    Hiking

In the permanent exhibition, there is a separate room on the 1st floor dedicated to the painter Max Slevogt (1868 - 1932) with his numerous Palatinate paintings (as of May 2024).
Please note: The museum no longer has its own cafeteria.
Great view: If you stand in front of the museum entrance, you have a great view down to the collegiate church and further up to the "Betze".

I'm always very happy here. The Palatinate Gallery gives the city that certain extra that it otherwise lacks. I once went to an art exhibition there, it was super interesting and I can only recommend it. There are also the vocational schools nearby and the master school. At that time there was the best kiosk in town down there on Ludwigsstrasse. I don't know if that still exists today. The opening hours were very specific.
