Cycling

The pretty, little church is located directly on the Elbe dike (on which the Elbe Cycle Path also runs) in Wahrenberg. The church could use a new coat of paint, however. The current church was built in the second half of the 18th century. However, the square has been a church site since the 13th century, at that time an early Gothic church building stood here, of which nothing can be seen today.

Road cycling

It is picturesquely situated directly on the Elbe dike. A café and farm shop are right next door. You can sit on the dike under a tree with a wonderful view of the river.
