The Teichstein is one of the real insider tips of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. There are hardly any people there because the mountain is not widely advertised. The entrance is inconspicuous, but the view is magnificent.

The ascent is only possible from one side (east) and can be reached by a narrower path, secured with a steel chain. On the ridge, the forest opens up to great views in the northern direction (Kanstein and Heulenstein) and southern direction (Bohemian Switzerland).

... terrific view with not very easy accessibility. This is not for people with vertigo. Or claustrophobia, because the way here is quite narrow and it goes steeply down the slope. The dog was brave and mastered it very well. The reward is a magnificent view. Just the Elbi ... :)
