A narrow path leads to the narrow rocky reef of the Großer Pohlshorn (391 m). "Its name does not refer to its height (the small Pohlshorn towers over the large by about 30m), but on its elongated shape."

Outlook: On the right you can just Saupsdorf, the wooded ridge pulls left to the dance floor. Further ahead, the rock gate of the gemstone can be seen.
