The area by the ruined chapel is definitely a cemetery. A linden alley leads to it. In the 1970s, the area was leveled, tidied up, and the tombstones removed. On a selected day once a year, the chapel is visited by descendants of the villagers. They spend time in peace by the flames of candles and walk away in silence.
