Church from the second half of the 13th century. The tower was added later, probably in the 15th century. In the 18th century the church was rebuilt, perhaps after a fire, although there are no clear documents proving this. The appearance of the windows was changed at that time. The characteristic, original, early medieval gable wall with pointed arches, high niches has survived in the church elevation to this day.
