was built in the 15th century
and also served as a summer residence for the archbishops of Mainz.
It has been owned by the Jung family for around 160 years.
In the associated brewery, however, since 1912
no more beer brewed.
The garden restaurant with 100 seats is enjoying increasing popularity.
Our menu is very extensive and includes fresh fish every day,
tender steaks, game and a starter buffet with selected specialties.
