The pedestrian bridge built in 1969-71 creates a connection across the Bundesallee between the western and eastern parts of the Volkspark Wilmersdorf. The steel jetty, painted yellow, is 65 m long and 4 m wide. Six steel sides are attached to a 36 m high blue pillar, from which the first Berlin cable-stayed bridge is held.
