A rusty steel pipe 5 m long has been raised at this point and holds an equally wide plate 2 m high with a 3 cm wide slot.
Both elements of the sculpture convey the impression of being able to stand for themselves through their solidity and weight, which could also be achieved with the appropriate subsurface; that the stability of the sculpture arises out of itself is wanted and stands for the metaphor of “reciprocity” and “complement”.
