Hochwildpark Rheinland

Pure nature to walk and relax. Here you can observe mainly domestic game in a large enclosure. My tip: Take your time, as it is often helpful to sit down and just wait. Quiet, like a hunter on the high stand, we have thus made the best observations.

The Rhineland Wildlife Park is an approx. 80 hectare animal park near Mechernich-Kommern (Euskirchen district).

In the park, red deer, fallow deer, roe deer, mouflon, wild boar, elk, back-breeding aurochs and ibex can sometimes be seen without separating fences. The wildlife park also houses various small animal species in enclosures. Observation stands ensure good observation of the animals. There are also several petting enclosures, large aviaries and a large playground for children on the grounds of the wildlife park.

In addition to a playground, the park also has restaurants and barbecue areas. The game park is open all year round, every day until dusk.
