Sternenblick Mondnacht at Hubertuskapelle

Right next to the Hubertus Chapel there is now another “Stargaze.”
These are dedicated to the beautiful dark Eiffel starry sky and offer a lot of information about the night sky and the problems caused by light pollution. Thanks to a wooden sofa and a "Polarstern observation tube", you can enjoy the sun, moon and stars particularly comfortably. A great place to take a break! The chapel was also integrated into the project with special interior lighting. Nice! Another stargaze can be found, for example, at the Matron Shrine of Görresburg

A highlight of the Eifel loop is the wayside shrine Hubertuskapelle with its funny origin story (see Wikipedia de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hubertuskapelle_(Floisdorf)). Here is also one of the Eifel's ten SternenBlicke, the SternenBlick “Mondnacht” with lots of information about the night sky.
