The Pfalzwoog is now a leased fish pond. The high water fall of the Trift facility and the subsequent water slides, which you can walk directly along, are particularly beautiful.

In the past, wood was probably transported down the valley on the Trift facilities. Nowadays the small ponds are used for fish farms by local fishing clubs.
