The restaurant, the "Swiss House", stood on the rocky outcrop called Bittnerův kámen (Bittner's Stone), which protrudes from a mountain tongue overlooking Drnovec (Little Green). It was built by the Kleingrüner innkeeper Josef Böhm. From the Schweizerhaus there was a wonderful view to the south over the extensive landscape around Česká Lípa (Bohemian Leipa) with its dominants, the Bezděz (Bösig) and Vlhošť (Wilhost) on the horizon. After the war, the restaurant fell into disrepair.
