The PWV-Ritterstein No. 90, unfortunately the writing is currently blurred, refers to the pulpit rock above. The inscriptions on the division of a community forest from 1823 can be read in one of the rocks, it was about the division of the grove of the villages of Maikammer, St. Martin, Diedesfeld and Kirrweiler.

This is one of over 300 knight's stones of the Palatinate Forest Association.

“The [poorly legible!] inscription on the knight's stone is carved into an overhanging rock right on the path. [...] She points to the Pulpit Rock, about 108 steps away. On it [the Pulpit Rock] there are inscriptions commemorating the division of the fifth Haingeraide (IV Mittelhaingeraide) as well as numerous house signs.”

You can approach the Pulpit Rock from two directions:

One path comes from the south (indicated by Ritterstein No. 90) and one path comes from the northeast (indicated by Ritterstein 91).
