The Roter Hof children's farm is located in an idyllic valley at the northern end of Lake Straussee. Its petting zoo is home to donkeys, sheep, pigs, goats, guinea pigs, chickens and many other animals. With its wide range of activities, the farm is also suitable for a day trip with a daycare group or a school class. In summer, you can even spend the night here in tipis or your own tents. The farm café takes care of the visitors' physical well-being. More information at stadt-strausberg.de/tierisch.

The "Roter Hof" children's farm with a petting zoo and a well-designed children's playground is only 10 minutes away from the Strausberg Nord S-Bahn station. The farm is gladly accepted by school classes and kindergartens for project and hiking days. In the warm months there is a holiday camp with "tents by indigenous peoples" (in earlier times one would have said an Indian tent). There is also a courtyard cafe, the nature trail and a natural history cabinet.

Easy to reach, as the S-Bahn is not far away. Still very quiet and there is a lot to see, especially for children.
