This chapel has the smallest farewell room (53 seats). The slate roof arches protectively over the half-timbered outer masonry. The roof is crowned by a roof turret that once served as a bell tower. Since its inauguration in 1894, its exterior has become a special and still unchanged feature of the cemetery.
The same applies to the interior, which was renovated in 1999: the colorful fields of the vault above the meeting room draw the eye upwards and draw attention to the decorative angel heads and columns at its base.
In the four corners of the domed room, the four seasons were once related to the final words of the Lord's Prayer and the four generations were represented in color on the side walls of the two entrances:
Child, virgin, man and old man (note the names).
With the uncovering of the door to the north, which had been sealed from the outside for decades, the chapel has again received the exit that the architect Cordes once had built based on the building designs on the old burial grounds.fof-ohlsdorf.de/thema/2007/98s05_kapelle-friedhof-ohlsdorf

Chapel 3 was inaugurated in 1894. It crowns a pretty turret.
