The new water feature caused a stir beyond the city limits even before its final installation on the Hallmarkt. The artist, Prof. Bernd Göbel, showed a lot of sensitivity in implementing the fountain idea - not only in helping the fountain to have a special aura in its current location, but also in dealing with the criticism of one of the four sculptures.
