Vom Schäfler zum Wildkirchli, Aescher und hinab zum Seealpsee, dann hinauf zur Meglisalb, Rotsteinpass, Altmannsattel, Altmann/Markus, und über den Nädligergrat und Schofbergsattel wieder zurück zum 🅿️ Laui.
Bergtour in zumeist T3-Gelände, Altmann T5, keine Seilversicherungen, Nädligergrat T4, keine Seilversicherungen, verblockt und abschnittsweise geröllig; zum Schofbergsattel teils schlecht markiert.

🚶🏻🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼🚶🏻♂️🏔️🇦🇹: Ötztal - 3000er: Ötzi-Fundstelle und Jochköfel 🌟🏔️🌟
Genussrunde durch die 3000er Landschaft im Ötztal zur Fundstelle des "Mannes vom Similaun", besser bekannt als "Ötzi" auf 3200m ü.n.n
Anschließend über die 3 Jochköfel hinunter zur Similaunhütte und wieder zurück zur Martin-Busch-Hütte.
Stellenweise sind Gletscherreste zu überqueren, über die Jochköfel gibts viele seilversicherte Stellen und teilweise spaßige Kraxeleien.

Von Zwieselstein mit dem MTB 🚵🏼♀️🚵🏼🚵🏼♂️🚵🏼 über Vent hinauf zur Martin-Busch-Hütte, dann weiter zur Ötztaler Kreuzzpitze.
Abbruch auf 3000m wegen Schlechtwettereinzug.
Radltour bis Vent auf Teerstraße, anschließend im Schotter steil hinauf zur MBH, fortgeschrittene Fahrkenntnisse erforderlich.
