Schneeschuhtour im Spätspätwinter auf und um den Schönkahler. Schwierigkeit max WT3, konditionell jedoch fordernd, insbesondere bei den aktuellen Schneemassen! Das Wildschongebiet an der Nordostseite des Schönkahlers bitte großzügig umgehen. Achtung: an den steilen Hängen der Nordostseite des Schönkahlers und auch im Hölltal bitte unbedingt die Lawinenlage im Blick haben! Parkplatz 🅿️ in Schattwald: 4€/Tag 😊

Das Obere Donautal ist einfach immer wunderschön zum Wandern! Die Ausblicke von den Schaufelsen sind einfach nur schön, der Schwäbische Grand Canyon liegt begeisternd vor einem! Viele Auf- und Abstiege geben der Tour für jeden das wählbare Maß an Aussichten, Naturerlebnis und Höhenmetern, egal ob 500 oder 1500m im Aufstieg 🤩 Achtung: die Tour erfordert gute Trittsicherheit und stellenweise Schwindelfreiheit. Am Stuhlfelsen sind kleinere Kraxeleinen dabei, ggf muss hier mit etwas Handeinsatz gewandert werden! Der Weg hinab ist sehr steil, bei Nässe rutschig und nur stellenweise gesichert.

I've done this loop in variations many times before; depending on what and how far you want to go, the tour is almost arbitrarily
