If the weather is nice, we drive to 'La Petite-Pierre' in Alsace early in the morning. The town is located in the 'Parc naturel régional des Vosges du Nord'. Together with the Palatinate Forest, the park was combined in 1998 to form the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Palatinate Forest-Vosges du Nord.
