From this viewpoint between the dunes you have a view of not one, but two lighthouses. It is beautiful to walk in this coastal area anyway.

Hikers can climb the highest point of the Grafelijkheidsduin for a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape. From the top you have a panoramic view of the city of Den Helder, the Wadden area, and the North Sea. In clear weather you can see the outlines of the islands of Texel and Vlieland. The view is definitely worth standing still for a moment and enjoying the surroundings.
