The location at the Hambuchhütte near Lieser will be marked with a stele provided by the German Wine and Wine Association (DWI). "The 'Most Beautiful Vineyard View' award is given to vantage points that offer impressive views of Germany's wine-growing landscapes and are also easily accessible by hikers or bikers." The filigree work of the fountain grille, the ornaments and colorful beam drawings in the half-timbering of the houses, and the ornate weather vanes on the roof gables still bear eloquent witness to the town's former prosperity and history.
