Information:
A Saxon narrow-gauge railway with a track gauge of 750 mm. The opening ceremony took place on September 15, 1884. A festive train with invited guests traveled from Radebeul to Radeburg and back. Regular service by the Royal Saxon State Railways began the following day, September 16, 1884.

The railway was opened in 1884 and was originally an important connection between the vineyards in the region and the city of Dresden. Today it is primarily a tourist attraction, attracting thousands of visitors each year to enjoy the beautiful scenery and historic steam locomotives.
