Especially if you go down the path, i.e. hike from the Widderalpsattel towards Meglisalp, you have a fantastic view of the Altmann and the Säntis and the Bötzelkopf on the descent. The further you go down, the more you also see the Altenalptowers and the Schäfler. This section with the fantastic view is simply breathtakingly beautiful.
This path also offers picnic opportunities.
