You do not have to be a dedicated rose lover to rave about this garden. Rose bushes in all colors, sometimes up to three meters high, contrast with the blue of the delphinium. Koikarpfen frolic in the pond and a cafe invites you to look and enjoy. Everything very well maintained and without huge tourist crowds.

Almost 450 types and varieties of roses are on the eye of the visitor on a former factory site of 18,000 square meters. The collection of Bad Langensalzaer roses is particularly worth seeing in terms of grace and variety - between 1950 and 1990 91 rose varieties were cultivated here alone. Germany's only rose grower Anni Berger worked in Bad Langensalza. Among rose connoisseurs, the Bad Langensalzaer rose garden is considered one of the most beautiful in Germany, as evidenced by the “Rosenstadt” label awarded in 2002.

The rose garden is located in the immediate vicinity of the Japanese garden. Combo tickets are available for both gardens. It's worth a visit.
