Hiking

The garden has been open to the public since June 2002. A variety of rare, frost-tolerant and hardy plants are shown to visitors on various topics. The center of the botanical garden is an area lined with pergolas for succulents (yucca, agaves, cacti) and container plants. In addition to an almost fifty-year-old sub-species of the centenarian agave, the succulent house in the center also houses several stately specimens of elephant feet "(Dioscorea elephantipes). The visit to the botanical garden can be concluded with a walk through the Kneipp treading pool.
