This enchanted place with its scenic beauty is a popular hiking destination, especially for nature lovers. Its rare flora and fauna exert an almost magical attraction on the visitor.
One side of the lake is partially covered by a floating peat island, on the opposite side a bathing bay is delimited by floating tree trunks. In addition to hikers and bathers, Nordic walkers and cross-country skiers in winter also get their money's worth here.
