The gorges in the Black Forest are always a great excursion idea on hot summer days. We thought, why not also for a bike tour? We took the train up to Rötenbach and from there graveled along the Rötenbach Gorge and Wutach Gorge. Unfortunately, we couldn't go into the gorge practically anywhere, as all

Ultragravel 2025 was once again a truly special celebration for all fans of varied and challenging gravel tours. Huge praise goes to the organizers for the layout of the highlight-packed route. In perfect cycling weather, the shorter route covered more than 1,500 meters of elevation gain through meadows

The first 20 km were hilly along the main ridge of the Kaiserstuhl. A feast for the eyes.
After the Texas Pass, the route descended via Bischoffingen and Burkheim to the swimming lake and the banks of the Rhine. Finally, a short climb followed by a refreshing stop on the Lenzenberg and then down to Ihringen. Simply wonderful :)
