The park cafe was formerly the caretaker - residential building. The architect Oswald Bieber (1876-1955) and the master confectioner Gustav Deistler had already had the conversion approved in 1933. A new building was created as a result of the redesign of the old botanical garden. First dance cafe in the 1930's. Later a nightclub, now a beer garden with restaurant.
