The approximately 550m east-northeast of the village, opposite the junction of the path in the driveway Apolda - Hermstedt stone cross is made of sandstone. It is about 150 cm high and reminds in its shape slightly of a Maltese cross.
Lehfeld described here in 1892 still a hewn (weathered) sword, which is today, however, only vaguely visible on the southwest side due to progressive weathering.
Legend has it that a handyman here raped and killed a girl.
