The Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary is a Roman Catholic church in Svatava (Zwodau). When Zwodau became an independent municipality in 1850, the desire for its own church arose. In 1908, an association was founded to build it, but a lack of money and the First World War delayed the project. The neo-Gothic church was not consecrated until October 26, 1924, after 15 months of construction. Two years later, the rectory was built on the southwest side.
