The Georgensgmünd–Spalt railway line, also known colloquially as Spalter Bockl, was a branch line in Bavaria. It branched off from the main Treuchtlingen–Nuremberg line in Georgensgmünd and led to Spalt.

On September 28, 1969, passenger traffic on the 6.92-kilometer-long line was discontinued by the German Federal Railway, although the line had been completely renovated in 1963. Freight traffic continued until May 28, 1995. The line was occasionally used by special trains, especially to the building rubble dump operated by the DB, where, among other things, removed gravel and waste from dismantled platforms were deposited.

The route has now been converted into a cycle path.

It is very easy to ride and if you look carefully, you might discover one or two things that remind you of the railway line

Very good to ride, no new asphalt but nice and straight and flat.

Good cycle path in itself but there are always large roots on the path.
