This residential building in the heart of Konstanz's city center was enhanced with a Rococo façade in 1774. This was done by the wealthy Beutter and Miller families, who lived there at the time. The secular building dates back to the 14th century. Since at least the 18th century, the ground floor has housed commercial and storage spaces, while the upper floors serve as living quarters.
